Health and Wellness Consultation:

Consultations includes a hot cup of tea, relaxing herbal Smudging and an intake of your health history.  We will discuss your diet and lifestyle; assessing the well-being of your Mind, Body and Spirit. Recommendations of herbs, nutrition and lifestyle may be made at the end of the healing session.

Herbs can be purchased from me directly or from your local health food store.
